The company does understand that the collection of personal data is necessary to rent a car. But we also understand that customer privacy is equally important and our customers have the right to know how their information in being used.

On signing a car rental agreement, the customer automatically gives us the right to use, transmit and store the personal information.

All the information and personal data received are protected and we believe that we can ensure that they are accessed only by those whom we designate. The information received will only be shared with our affiliates who might need it to provide the customer with a rental car.

No third party will be allowed to share the information; but if the client breaches the contract or breaks any laws in force in the country, then we will be forced to release the information to the competent authorities or any other third party in an effort to assist their activities.
